Project Management & Operations
Alex has been on the ground floor of some of Houston’s most demanding commercial projects — including the historical restoration of Wunsche Brothers Café & Saloon in Old Town Spring. He manages complex, high-stakes projects with precision and care.
Senior Project Manager · 27 Years
Ray is the project manager clients ask for by name. From fast-casual restaurant buildouts to a 14-floor tower addition at the Golden Nugget Lake Charles, he brings the same standard to every project, regardless of size.
Construction Lead
Charles has been building alongside Ray since the early days of NDR Construction. He manages crews on the ground, keeps job sites safe and organized, and makes sure the work meets the standard every single day.
